Q. How do I order my Invitation on Dvd?
A. You can send your photos, images, text, etc. to us via e-mail or by regular mail. Once your order is submitted, we'll get to work creating your custom made Invitation on Dvd that family and friends will enjoy for years to come.

Q. I want to use my video on my Dvd. What formats do you accept?
A. You may provide your video on VHS or 8mm. We can provide video editing services. Be sure to tell us the start and stop times for your video clip. If your video is in the digital format, you may send it to us as an AVI, MPG, and WMV. 320 x 240 pixels at the best quality is preferred.

Q. Can I change the design on the Dvd?
A. The themes shown on our site are designed to allow easy creation of your Invitation on Dvd. We have a lot more great designs to choose from. If you do not see a design that is right for you, Let us know and we will make one for you, Email us for more info..

Q. Can I use any music song I want on my Dvd?
A. Due to copyright laws, we are not permitted to use customer supplied music. We have a large selection of licensed music for you to choose from.

Q. What size do my photos have to be?
A. If you are supplying us with digital images, we recommend you send it at 800 x 600 pixels @ 72 dpi or higher. We will resized them if necessary.

Q. How do I get my photos to you?
A. If you are sending us paper photos, please send them to our office and we will scan them into our system "Free" of charge. If your images are digital, you may use a zip utility such as winzip and Email us for more info.

Q. Will my videos and/or photos be returned to me?
A. Yes we will send all materials back, with your order but we ask that you send backup copies only. Please Do Not send us your originals.

Q. Can I create my own wording for the Invitation?
A. Yes. Just let us know when you place your order.

Q. Must my invitation contain all of the components (photos, audio, directions, R.S.V.P.) on my Dvd?
A. You do not have to include all of the components on your Invitation on Dvd. It is your Dvd. Customize it any way you want!

Q. Will my Invitation Dvd work on my computer?
A. Our Invitations on Dvd are designed to work on in any Dvd player or PC compatible computers with a Dvd rom drive. But the great thing about an Invitation on Dvd is that you can play it on any Dvd player

Q. Will I see a sample of my Dvd before it is shipped to me?
A. Yes. You will receive an email containing the sample or we will mail you a copy to pre-approve. You can then let us know that everything is "ok" before your order is finalized and shipped to you.

Q. Will users need special equipment to view my Invitation on Dvd?
A. No just a regular Dvd player.
